Hello! I’m Zoe of MamaBabyBliss Worcester and I teach Pregancy Yoga, Hypnobirthing, Postnatal Yoga, Mum and Baby Yoga and Baby Massage classes in Worcestershire.
In My Pregnancy Yoga courses we practice gentle antenatal yoga stretches and movements to help prepare you for birth and also increase comfort during pregnancy, preventing or relieving common pregnancy ailments.
Take a deeper look into various pregnancy and birth topics such as pelvic floor exercises, using a yoga ball, birth environment and breathing techniques to use in labour.
Each class ends with a guided relaxation. A chance for you to deeply relax and restore your energy levels.
Classes are very relaxed and friendly; a great chance to meet other mums. We start each session 'checking in' with each other - this is a lovely time to talk and connect. There is also a WhatsApp group set up for each group of mums to stay in contact, often making lasting friendships.
Detailed handouts are provided and on going support up to you due date and beyond
I also teach hypnobirthing courses which are the perfect accompaniment to Pregnancy Yoga to help you prepare fully for the birth of your baby. As our minds and bodies are deeply connected; your state of mind will influence how your body goes through labour and likewise, whatever your body is doing impacts on how your mind behaves. This is why preparing both your body and your mind for the birth of your baby works so well.
If you’re having a baby in Worcestershire, get in touch to find out how I can help. I can’t wait to support you through this incredible time.

At the end of each class we have an informal group chat about the focus of our class for the week.
This class also helps you prepare for birth and is so much more than just physical stretching.
I keep the classes small so you will get lots of one-to-one attention and each week we cover a different topic such as; bonding with baby, pre-natal nutrition or preparing for the big day.

The yoga postures are all suitable for pregnancy and will be adapted as per your trimester, and focus on building strength and stamina and keeping you flexible and fit. We end each class with a gorgeous hypnobirthing relaxation to send you away feeling calm and peaceful.
