Home Birth Support Groups and Services
Informal support groups and workshops for parents planning,
considering or just curious about having their babies at home.
Becoming Families Home Birth Workshops
This workshop is designed for anybody considering/planning a homebirth. It is facilitated by Cathy, an experienced antenatal teacher and homebirth midwife. When available, a homebirth family will be there to share their story too. Currently taking place via Zoom.
The workshop is on a donation basis (suggested donation £15 per couple) and all monies goes towards Becoming Families' ongoing postnatal emotional wellness support.

Avon Suite, Evesham Community Hospital
The workshop is facilitated by local NCT antenatal teachers/Natal Hypnotherapy practitioner and community midwives. The workshop is excellent for birth partners too and is designed to help with decision making, so is great for anyone who is pregnant or not, planning a homebirth or just curious. We often have parents who have had their babies at home to share their stories so there are lots of opportunities to ask questions. We look forward to seeing you. Please visit the Vale & Cotswolds Homebirth group Facebook page to let us know you are coming along.
