Own Your Birth Drop In Antenatal Sessions
Own Your Birth drop in Antenatal Sessions are 45 minute classes based around coping techniques for labour and early parenting for first time parents or a refresher session for those who already have a little one or two.
The sessions are run by Stand & Deliver member Anne Bradshaw, who holds 25 years of experience in this field. Sessions will include simple coping techniques for labour, birth from the baby’s point of view and a chance to talk to other parents about their experiences.
The sessions are full of fun whilst being very practical!
